Supply scenarios
Four common procurement structures
Each scenario starts from the buyer's design basis and defines our manufacturing or supply boundary.
Buried pipeline package
Prepackaged magnesium anodes or zinc ribbon, test stations, reference electrodes, cable, junction boxes and connection materials organized against a controlled MTO.
Tank-bottom CP materials
Ribbon grid or discrete anode materials, monitoring points, cable and interfaces supplied to the approved tank CP design and installation plan.
Marine/offshore anodes
Aluminum or zinc castings controlled by alloy standard, net mass, insert geometry, weld/mounting detail, inspection and project packing.
Maintenance/replacement program
Existing model, drawing, samples or measured interfaces translated into an approved replacement product and traceable shipment batch.
Project workflow
From RFQ to final data book
Open technical points are closed before they become production or site problems.
RFQ and data review
Receive MTO, requisition, drawings, standards, destination and document requirements.
Compliance and clarification
Map each line to an offered item and identify deviations, missing interfaces or approvals.
Approved technical release
Freeze datasheets, drawings, BOM, ITP and vendor document register.
Production and inspection
Manufacture or source under the agreed controls and close witness/review points.
Consolidation and packing
Reconcile quantities, tags, accessories and installation sequence by package.
Shipment and data book
Issue packing records and indexed final/as-built documents included in the order.

Incomplete RFQs can still be reviewed, but these fields reduce commercial assumptions and technical rework.
