Magnesium, aluminum and zinc product families within approved drawings.
Factory and verification
Factory Process and Product Testing
Manufacturing credibility comes from visible process control and records, not generic laboratory claims. CathPro aligns production, inspection and testing with the approved product, standard, ITP and order document schedule.

Reference, station, cable and package interfaces are controlled by BOM and drawing.
Internal checks and external laboratory work are distinguished in the final record.
Production stages
Control follows the product risk
Different products require different hold points, but each stage starts from released technical data.
Technical release
Approve product datasheet, drawings, standards, ITP and required records.
Material and component control
Link alloy inputs, steel inserts, cables, enclosures or purchased components to the applicable item.
Manufacturing/assembly
Apply controlled casting, extrusion, joining, sealing, backfill, panel wiring or package-consolidation instructions.
In-process inspection
Record critical dimensions, mass, connection, continuity, surface condition and configuration at the stage where they can be verified.
Final testing and release
Complete the agreed tests, reconcile identification and close document status before packing.
Export packing
Protect the product, cables and interfaces while keeping project and batch identity visible.
Testing map
Test method, conditions and acceptance basis stay together
A test name without method and conditions is not useful evidence.
| Check or test | Typical method/record | Scope boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Chemical composition | Spectrometric analysis or agreed chemical method by heat/sampling plan | Applicable alloy grade and elements only |
| Dimensions and mass | Calibrated measuring and weighing equipment | Approved drawing, tolerances and net/gross definition |
| Electrochemical properties | Applicable ASTM/ISO or approved project method | Specimen, electrolyte, reference, temperature and acceptance stated |
| Electrical continuity | Continuity/resistance check for cable, core, terminal or assembled circuit | Does not replace insulation or functional tests where required |
| Coating/finish | Visual, thickness or other agreed inspection | Only for products and finishes included in the ITP |
| Enclosure/components | Identity, rating evidence and point-to-point checks | IP/NEMA/IK claims require supporting component or test evidence |
| Third-party inspection | Witness, review or laboratory report by named party | Only when agreed in the purchase scope |
Product studies
Controlled product and interface visualization
These premium product studies explain the items and interfaces that the manufacturing and inspection records control. They are not presented as photographs of a specific factory operation or customer project.
