Quality Control Process

Materials and Components

Material and component requirements are reviewed against the approved purchase description and agreed inspection scope.

Assembly Verification

Configured test stations, boxes and cable assemblies are checked against approved layouts and item schedules.

Final Product Checks

Finished anodes and assemblies can be inspected against the dimensions and acceptance points agreed in the order.

Documentation & Traceability

Order documentation supports batch traceability from production records to shipment delivery.
